Are you nationally accepted?
Yes, our courses follow the latest AHA guidelines and are Nationally Accepted.
Is my certification accepted by my employer?
Our curriculum follows the latest OSHA guidelines. If your certification is not accepted we will gladly refund your money.
How long do the classes take?
Generally the courses take less than one hour.
How long do I have access to the course?
After completing payment you have 2 years to pass the quiz. However, we can extend the time if needed.
How many times can I take the final exam?
You can re-take the quiz as many times as needed.
How can I get a refund?
If you are not satisfied for any reason you can get a refund within 14 days. To get a refund just contact us via our \”Contact\” page OR you can send an email to: support@cheap-cpr.com
Group
Do you offer group purchases?
Yes. When adding a course to your cart select the \”Group\” option and add the number of student their are.
Is there a group portal to view student progress?
After purchasing a group course you will have access to our “Group Leader Portal”. This portal allows you to add students, view student progress, view student certificates, and run reports.
How do I add students to my group?
There are two main ways to add students:
(1) Most common. Using the group leader portal, you can input each student’s name and email address via the form or excel sheet (bulk). Students will automatically receive an instruction email after inputting their information.
(2) Create a group code. A group code allows you to create a secret code that students can use to signup on their own. Do you offer bulk pricing?
Yes. Bulk pricing is automatically added when checking out. When buying 5-9 courses there is a 10% discount applied. For 10+ students there is a 15% discount applied.
